Here are some picture's from this morning's DC Triathlon. I had a great race - everything went off without a hitch, and I won the 35 - 39 year old female age group, and was 8th female overall!
Gosh you must be so fit! Well done on a fantastic result. Very proud of you! (I wouldn't fancy swimming in that river but then I've always been a wimp in water, especialy if I can't see the bottom!!) Much love xxx
Mum, you can't see ANYTHING under the water...it's just murky green! Can't even see the person in front of you, so you have to keep looking up to make sure you don't get kicked in the face!
I didn't realise that you needed so many things for one race....brilliant news on your results!
